We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, email address, job sector preferences, and location — when you create an account or post a job. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and search queries to improve the matching engine.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To match workers with relevant job listings using our AI vector engine
• To send notifications when a match is confirmed by our admin team
• To process subscription payments and course enrollments
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of job recommendations
• To communicate service updates and important notices

3. Data Storage

Session data (login state, subscription status, enrolled courses) is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and is never sent to third-party analytics services. Profile and job data is processed server-side in Zimbabwe and is not shared with foreign data brokers.

4. Google Authentication

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by visiting our Contact page. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
