1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Basa Rako, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Basa Rako. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions

• Job Seeker plan: $3 USD per month — grants access to AI-matched job listings
• Employer plan: $10 USD per month — grants access to worker profiles and job posting
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period

4. Short Courses

Courses are priced at $10 USD each and are a one-time payment for lifetime access. Certificates are issued upon completion and are non-transferable. No refunds are provided after course content has been accessed.

5. Matching Process

Basa Rako uses AI vector matching to propose worker-job pairs. All matches are reviewed and confirmed by our admin team before either party is contacted. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false or misleading job listings or profiles
• Contacting matched parties outside the Basa Rako platform before admin confirmation
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection from the platform
• Sharing account credentials with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

Basa Rako is a matching platform, not an employment agency. We are not liable for disputes arising from employment relationships formed through the platform. Use the service at your own risk.
